American Rescue Plan Act, Grant Management & Audit, Multiple K-12 School Districts, North Carolina

Project Overview:

As part of the Covid Relief funds authorized by Congress, Studiously supported multiple charter school districts in North Carolina with to provide comprehensive grant management, reporting, and subrecipient oversight across five local implementing partners, including nonprofits and municipal departments for over $2 million in funding.

Our Role:

• Developed a grant compliance and performance management plan aligned with 2 CFR 200 requirements.

• Designed and implemented a subrecipient monitoring framework with risk-based assessments and quarterly reviews.

• Established a centralized document repository for fiscal and performance reporting to various agencies.

• Assisted in preparing SF-425 Financial Reports and annual performance narratives.

Results:

• 100% compliance during federal/state audits

• 95% on-time deliverable submission rate

• Increased transparency through a digital tracking dashboard accessible to all partners

• Reduced administrative burden by 40% through automated templates for invoices and progress reports
