Cooperative contracts & purchasing

Ways to Work With Us

Some clients simply email us and we start. Others buy through a purchasing cooperative or run a formal bid. Studiously is an awarded vendor on five cooperatives, an approved vendor with CTPA, a certified woman-owned small business, and a registered vendor in 29 states — so whichever way your organization works, there is a clean path in.

The simplest route

No Procurement Process? Just Talk to Us.

Most nonprofits, businesses, and smaller organizations do not need a bid, a cooperative, or a vendor portal. You tell us what you are trying to solve, we scope it, and we send a simple agreement.

No RFP to write. No committee to convene. Most engagements start within two weeks of a first conversation.

Three Routes for Districts and Agencies

Public districts and agencies usually have purchasing rules to follow. Most hire us through a cooperative, which skips the bid process entirely because the contract has already been competitively awarded.

01

Cooperative Contract

We hold contracts with six purchasing cooperatives, including TIPS contract 240804 for Academic & Educational Consulting Services, valid through October 2030.

  • No separate RFP required — TIPS has already competitively bid the contract
  • Available to 5,000+ TIPS member agencies, plus five more co-op networks
  • Purchase directly against the contract number
Fastest routeDistricts and agencies that already belong to any of our cooperatives.
02

Direct or Set-Aside Purchase

We are a certified HUB/WBE and SBE woman-owned small business in North Carolina.

  • Engagements under your bid threshold can be awarded directly
  • Counts toward diversity and equity spend targets
  • Qualifies for state and federal small-business set-asides
Best forSmaller scopes, pilots, and agencies with supplier diversity goals.
03

Competitive Solicitation

We respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs across K–12, higher education, nonprofit, and government.

  • Registered and current on the major procurement portals
  • We attend pre-bid conferences and answer RFIs
  • Capability statement and past performance available on request
Best forMulti-year or district-wide scopes that must be competitively bid.

Cooperative Contracts We Hold

If your organization belongs to any of these, you can engage us against the existing contract. No separate solicitation is required. Not sure whether you are a member? Ask us and we will check.
